Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local deliveries within Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for timely and efficient deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required
- Proven experience in delivery or logistics roles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Philadelphia area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for flexible schedules including early mornings
