Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vans to transport goods to and from designated locations in the Boston metro area.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit.
- Verify delivery addresses and contact recipients to ensure successful drop-offs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the company vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily logs and delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Boston area roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
