Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for client transport and deliveries
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and route optimization
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory tracking
- Provide outstanding customer service during client interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Boston metro area and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English
- Flexibility for early morning/late evening shifts
