Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to transport goods and materials across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records using digital tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Secure cargo during transit and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Columbus roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
