Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials across designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper lifting techniques
- Adapt routes in real-time to avoid traffic delays and ensure on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery apps
- Strong time-management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Boston area residency preferred
