Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork using digital tracking systems
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical safety and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo securely using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Adapt routes dynamically based on traffic conditions and delivery priorities
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Comply with all federal/state transportation regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs metro area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
