Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch in real-time
- Represent Swift Logistics professionally with all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Denver metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
