Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for daily deliveries across San Jose and Silicon Valley
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading protocols
- Adapt routes dynamically using GPS to avoid traffic congestion
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery software
- Flexibility for early morning starts (5:30 AM) and occasional overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Basic knowledge of San Jose geography and major highways
