Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and supplies throughout Washington DC
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Assist with loading/unloading of goods with proper techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B preferred
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC metro area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings and some weekends
