Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods to designated locations throughout San Francisco
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Handle specialized cargo requiring careful handling or temperature control
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs/deliveries
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
