Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Delivery: Transport packages to customers in a timely and safe manner, adhering to assigned routes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and handling inquiries with a smile.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, receipts, and any necessary paperwork.
- Problem Solving: Handle delivery exceptions and address routing issues calmly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and digital proof of delivery.
