Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs (DVIR) and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to strict time schedules and delivery routes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL License required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MVR).
- Satisfactory background check and motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
