Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and box trucks.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT card).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Previous experience in long-haul or local driving preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Basic computer skills for digital logs.
