Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local deliveries and pickups throughout Kansas City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for completed shipments
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper handling and security of goods
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Class B CDL preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City streets and metro area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must pass in-person driving assessment
