Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Fresno County
- Verify delivery details and obtain proper signatures for each shipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading packages as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Fresno area and navigation skills
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
