Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Cleveland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet strict time deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Handle package loading/unloading with care and attention to inventory control
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
