Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Austin
- Operate company-provided vehicles following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and delivery updates
- Reliable transportation to and from our Austin depot
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
