Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van and refrigerated) on regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Maintain clean driving record and safe driving habits
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky roadways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
