Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers on regional and long-haul routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient load management
- Deliver freight to multiple destinations on time
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain clean driving record and vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years experience)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Experience with reefers, flatbeds, or dry van trailers
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
