Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van reefers) on regional routes
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Complete daily inspection reports and log maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and GPS tracking
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage time-sensitive delivery schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Midwest roadways and weather conditions
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
