Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring weight distribution and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and paperwork.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
