Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on regional routes
- Inspect and maintain pre/post-trip vehicle documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient load delivery
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status
- Complete electronic logging systems accurately
- Report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Nashville metro area routes
