Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks across Michigan and regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries and pickups
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Michigan roadways and regulations
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Physical ability to handle cargo and long-haul schedules
- Excellent time management and communication skills
