Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods to designated destinations.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after trips to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Complete all necessary delivery documentation and logbooks accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized cab and cargo area.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Basic English reading and writing proficiency.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
