Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on designated routes in Nashville and Texas.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Verify cargo loads, secure freight properly, and complete necessary paperwork (Bill of Lading, delivery receipts).
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere strictly to all DOT and company traffic regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to resolve delivery issues and update status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle the physical demands of the job.
