Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete daily delivery schedules with on-time performance
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage cargo loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year OTR or regional driving experience
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
- Familiarity with Jacksonville metro area routes preferred
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be available for immediate start
