Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) to transport goods safely and efficiently across regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues.
- Load and secure cargo according to weight and balance regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records and HOS compliance.
- Deliver freight on time while maintaining a professional image and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial truck driving experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends if required.
