Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across Pennsylvania and surrounding regions
- Maintain accurate daily logs, delivery records, and vehicle inspection reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support new driver onboarding as part of our mentorship program
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial trucking experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area and Mid-Atlantic routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
