Job Summary
As a Truck Driver for Ohio Logistics Solutions, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the state and beyond. We value safety, punctuality, and customer service above all else.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate commercial motor vehicles in a safe and legally compliant manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and records as required by DOT regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding driving hours.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle troubleshooting.
