Responsibilities
- Safely operate school buses on designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Manage student behavior and ensure safety protocols
- Maintain accurate attendance and route records
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Respond to emergency situations calmly
- Keep buses clean and sanitized
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- School Bus Passenger (S) and Air Brake endorsements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (3+ years)
- Child CPR/First Aid certification (provided)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Background clearance through DPS/FBI
