Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on designated routes with strict adherence to schedules
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and damage prevention protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems in real-time
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies without exception
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and handle unexpected delays proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience in delivery/logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and electronic logging devices
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening as per federal requirements
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime
