Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations following local traffic regulations
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and courteous interactions
- Efficiently navigate using GPS technology to optimize trip routes
- Complete all trip documentation and payment processing accurately
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to all rideshare platform policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Reliable personal vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to install rideshare apps
- Passion for customer service and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
