Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers from designated locations and drop them off at their requested destinations safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure ride for everyone.
- Maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle and present a professional image to all riders.
- Utilize the mobile driver app to accept rides, navigate routes, and process payments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with passengers to answer questions and provide local recommendations.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition.
- Follow company policies regarding passenger conduct and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ownership of a 4-door vehicle in good working condition (rental options available).
- A reliable smartphone with data capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Ability to pass a background check and a driving record check.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally to assist with luggage or passenger items.
