Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to Sacramento customers using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and loading packages at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based operations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Basic navigation knowledge of Sacramento area
