Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Los Angeles County
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a dependable vehicle
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Basic familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
