Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Tennessee
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and real-time traffic data
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Proficient in using electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Memphis metro area routes
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
