Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local deliveries within the Long Beach area
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Long Beach streets and surrounding areas
