Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans in a safe and compliant manner at all times.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Follow delivery routes and adhere to strict time schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Document all delivery information accurately in the electronic logbook.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and valid DOT number.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
