Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local and regional deliveries
- Coordinate with remote dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize remote communication tools for real-time updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Florida roadways and traffic patterns
- Basic proficiency with mobile communication apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Must reside within 50 miles of Miami metro area
