Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul deliveries across designated routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery timelines and fuel economy
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Clean MVR and acceptable background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices and GPS navigation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 7-14 days consecutively with home time guaranteed
