As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring our packages arrive on time, every time, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. We offer a stable work environment and opportunities for advancement within the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated delivery points within Fort Worth and the surrounding DFW area.
- Verify package contents against delivery orders to ensure accuracy and handle returns appropriately.
- Obtain signatures and feedback from customers upon successful delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and vehicle maintenance.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and professional manner, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and load/unload cargo from the vehicle.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and handling digital paperwork.
