Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial delivery points.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner, adhering to the designated route.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and communicating professionally with customers.
- Log deliveries accurately using mobile devices or handheld terminals.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Resolve delivery issues or address customer inquiries professionally on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Comfortable working night shifts and weekends as required.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based reporting.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
