Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate Jacksonville metro routes efficiently
- Load, unload, and verify package integrity before each delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update logistics systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations strictly
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville streets and GPS navigation
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking systems
