Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Colorado Springs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time performance
- Load/unload merchandise with precision and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Document deliveries using mobile scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and route interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch to resolve delivery exceptions and reroute efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) or clean Class C license
- Minimum 1 year delivery/transportation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate in all weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with Colorado Springs terrain
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
