Responsibilities
- Transport sensitive medical specimens, documents, and pharmaceuticals to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories on time and in pristine condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Update delivery status in real-time using our digital tracking software.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring temperature control and security for bio-hazardous materials when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable access to a vehicle suitable for courier work (if not using ours).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible shifts.
