Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses within the Milwaukee metro area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues or concerns immediately.
- Accurately handle and verify delivery documentation, including signatures and digital proof of delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including the cargo area and cabin.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure zero accidents.
- Update delivery status in the dispatch system in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly, reaching, bending, and stooping as necessary.
- Strong knowledge of the Milwaukee area and general map reading skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and handheld delivery devices.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
