Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Verify package contents and ensure signatures are obtained upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic laws at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
- Assist in loading and unloading parcels from the delivery van.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of the Albuquerque area and traffic patterns.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for commuting to the depot.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
