Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Plan and execute efficient delivery schedules while maintaining strict timelines
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging (ELD)
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members
- Handle loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Ohio roadways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
