Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for long-haul deliveries across Texas and Illinois
- Maintain accurate trip logs and adhere to FMCSA regulations
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips for safety compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling protocols
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and ELDs
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Flexibility for overnight travel and weekend shifts
