Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile tracking systemConduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Handle high-value and temperature-sensitive packages with care
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County roadways and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
